Richard Britschgi

My journey as a lapidary artist continues with my creations from the natural world. For 2024 I finally found "the rock" to create a rock crab! It has already won the "Port of Ridgefield" award at the 2024 RAA Show at the library! In November of 2024 the "Mosquito" and the "Desert Scorpion" were in the 14th Annual "OPEN" Online Art Exhibition and won two 3D awards. Competition was intense with 515 entries from 20 different Countries and 27 different states.

For 2025, my lapidary piece is in the works and has been the most challenging piece of art I have created yet! I can’t wait to finish it and see the results! Thanks for following!
